The JUNIOR BACH FESTIVAL founded in 1953, is dedicated to touching young lives by promoting the study and performance of the music of Johann Sebastian Bach. Presented annually about the time of Bach’s birthday, March 21, the public Festival concerts feature some of the finest young musical talent in California. This year’s adjudicated auditions will be on January 31 and February 1, and the concerts will be held in locations throughout the Bay area on the weekends of March 13-15 and March 20-22, 2015.
