University of San Francisco Performing Artists (& Social Justice)

This was the plan but we are moving online, some are in different time zones now so may not be synchronous! (OLD : Performance will be roving the main campus starting with the USF Chamber Ensembles performing in Thacher – the Bach performances will begin approximately 12:15 in Thacher and then move to several sites in the vicinity of Gleeson Plaza and University Center.)

Emerald City Saxophone Quartet Cancelled because of COVID-19

Emerald City Saxophone Quartet has been performing for 5 years now. This is the fourth year doing Bach in the Subways. We love Jazz and Classical music and annually present a Christmas program. This performance has some of the usual gems – a movement from one of the Brandenberg Concertos, a Bouree, a Chorale and Fugue lifted from a Motet. And a couple of new items – The Passacaglia and an arrangement of the first fugue from the Art of the Fugue
