The 5th Suite for solo cello stands out for its character – dark, noble, melancholy, but also longing, reassurance and charm. In 25 minutes it is a tour of the soul.

We always play Bach’s music at the station once a month. We will play the most exciting  performance for Bach’s birthday.

In recognition of Bach’s 336th birthday, The Orchestra and Chorus of Emmanuel Music will present Bach Cantata BWV 58, “Ach Gott, wie manches Herzeleid II”. Those aiming to hear only the cantata are welcome to join at approximately 11 AM. However, both organizations encourage all to join at any time during the service, with the motto that “the longer you are here, the more you will hear.” The service is open to all with strict COVID-19 protocols in place.
