The Altgeld Trio consists of Michael Barta, Violin, Eric Lenz, Cello and Edward Benyas, Oboe, all tenured faculty at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Music, and all members of the Altgeld Chamber Players. They have performed together for 12 years. The concert includes music by Bach, Handel-Halvorsen, Haydn and Beethoven.

Nina Falk, Leslie Nero, and Amy Domingues are baroque musicians in Takoma Park who perform on period instruments. They will perform selections from the Concerto for 2 Violins in D minor, BWV 1043, trio sonatas, and various unaccompanied works of J.S. Bach.
