Members of Canada’s famed Cecilia Quartet Caitlin Boyle on viola and Rachel Desoer on cello will perform Bach Cello Suites.

Das Salon-Quartett (Roland Rohde, Karina Siebicke, Dieter Sommer und Boyana Antonova) spielt beliebte Musikstücke aus unterschiedlichen Epochen – von Barock bis Rock -, die speziell für diese Besetzung arrangiert wurden.

The Altgeld Trio consists of Michael Barta, Violin, Eric Lenz, Cello and Edward Benyas, Oboe, all tenured faculty at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Music, and all members of the Altgeld Chamber Players. They have performed together for 12 years. The concert includes music by Bach, Handel-Halvorsen, Haydn and Beethoven.
