INSTRUMENT
Bach Society Houston will host a BACH MARATHON beginning at 10:00 am and concluding 10:00 pm, and taking place in the Christ the King Lutheran Church nave and parish hall. Performance proposals may be for any length of time up to 45 minutes – from one piece to a set. Any vocal or instrumental combination is welcome as well, and our splendid organs, piano, and harpsichord are here to be employed.
The BACH MARATHON is a free and festive event open to all. There will be no entry charge, but we will collect money for the Houston Food Bank as a free will offering. Participating artists will receive no payment, but the knowledge that their talents are going to feed those who struggle to put food on the table.
We hope you’ll join us for this beautiful musical event!
