Cellists of Otago celebrates Bach’s Birthday
Saturday 23 March, 4pm : Toitū Otago Settlers Museum

Cellists of Otago, the Dunedin based cello ensemble comprising 12 cellists, directed by Heleen du Plessis, will join the worldwide movement of Bach in the Subways 2019 by performing a 30-minute programme of works by this legendary composer in public spaces for free. Musicians all around the world will unite to perform for J.S Bach’s 334th birthday on 21 March and sow the seeds for future generations of classical music lovers.
