INSTRUMENT
First and foremost, I am a fierce advocate for the arts. I play music written by J.S. Bach because he contributed a generous amount of works to cello literature, an experimental instrument during his time. He was an an innovator and explorer; his music timeless. I love to play this music in public spaces, because I am sure J.S. Bach composed his music for the world, for anyone; we are all his people. – Megan Knapp Megan Knapp is a cellist, a devoted advocate for the arts, and an eager performer.Ms. Knapp was a Teaching Assistant for the cello studio at the University of Colorado-Boulder and earned her Master’s in Cello Performance from the University of Colorado in May of 2014.
