Bach and Boombox

Nat grew up in New York City and graduated from the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School. He received degrees in music and American History at the University of Michigan, and a doctorate at the University of Maryland. In 2012, Nat was awarded the City of Cincinnati’s Artist Ambassador Fellowship, giving him the opportunity to reach underserved audiences by presenting his innovative program, Bach and Boombox, in public spaces around the city, including community centers, libraries and offices.

American Guild of Organists

I represent the Seattle Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, and I am Past Dean of the chapter. I have worked with Barnabas Bede of Bach in the Subway and Roz Liming of Crossroads Mall and have made arrangements for us to bring a small pipe organ to Crossroads Mall on Saturday, March 19, 1-5 PM. Organists from our AGO chapter are signing up to come and play Bach. They are skilled musicians and they will play the music of Bach in an appealing way to the general public, and especially because they will be playing on a pipe organ. Carl Dodrill
